Clinical Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Our providers have a wide range of expertise and knowledge bases to assist those looking to navigate their journey with mental health, addiction, trauma, and other concerns. With that being said, landing on who to take those paths with is a weighty decision. We will do our utmost to help navigate that process with you every step of the way. Often times the bedrock that other therapy work is built on top off, individual therapy can be provided via telehealth, office-based, in nature, and in your home, with all of our providers offering different availabilities of these.
Intensive Narrative Creation Therapy
Focused individual or group Narrative Therapies that are design to generate an externalized component of your therapy work to assist with processing difficult or important parts of your story. This often takes the final form of a letter, poem, book, or other narrative/creative outlet. This modality can be utilized alongside of other therapies and can be offered via telehealth and office based.
Living-Space Therapy
We assume that trauma can often manifest or persist within our lived spaces, resonating in ways that we are always trying to withstand and often misinterpret. This modality is focused on having providers assist in processing trauma directly in the lived space of those experiencing it. This in vivo modality is typically an intensive treatment that is prepared for through individual therapy work before embarking on the therapy sessions in your space.
Trauma-Informed Career Counseling
Recognizing that our relationship with the broad systems of work and labor has a profound impact on our functioning, and that our lived experiences of mental health, addiction, and trauma also directly influence this relationship, TI-CC has been designed to account for this bidirectionality and assist individuals in generating new narratives of themselves in their pursuit of meaningful, value-oriented work.
Ketamine/Psychedelic Support and Integration Therapy
Current literature and research supports the use of Ketamine therapy and Psychedelic experiences with individual/group therapy services to compound short and long-term adaptive changes. This support can include preparatory, experiential, and integrative processing. These various ways of engaging can be provided in-person or via telehealth and can occur at any point in someone’s engagement with Ketamine and Psychedelics.
