Clients often work with me because they have experienced trauma/marginalization in their lives that holds them back from living in accordance with their deepest desires, especially as it pertains to the formation and embodiment of their identity. Oftentimes these concerns manifest as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My work is focused on compassionately exploring and processing your stories to inform how you want to move forward by developing a greater sense of connectedness with your holistic being.

I offer a combination of progressive therapies that feel markedly different than more traditional/mainstream forms of treatment, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), delivered through a feminist-oriented framework of Narrative and Somatic work to generate a stronger mind-body connection and guiding sense of directionality in identity expression.

My approach is tailored to center you as the expert of your own life so that our time together emphasizes the direction you want to move in. I utilize a range of trauma-informed approaches to match your unique story/needs and am dedicated to establishing safety in the therapeutic space to allow free exploration of self.
